This is how it feels when your card shows up at the door.

DOORFRONT
Hand-delivered promotion for East Valley businesses.
We walk planned neighborhood routes and place your card on real front doors. Every shift ends with proof: a GPS route map plus photos of the drops.
Production spec
Trim & fold
Folded: 2 in wide by 3.5 in tall, portrait. Flat: 4 in by 3.5 in with a vertical score at center. The cover swings open left to right, like the real thing.
Shape & die cut
Straight cut with 1/8 in rounded outer corners, square at the spine. No die required. Optional upgrade: an arched-head die cut across the top for a storybook door silhouette.
Stock
16 pt matte cover with soft-touch laminate on the outside faces and an uncoated feel inside. If laminate is out of budget, 18 pt uncoated still reads premium in the hand.
Finish
Raised spot gloss on the door panels, knob, and brass plaque makes the closed card read as an object, not a print. Fingers find the panels before eyes do.
Printer
GotPrint and 4over both run fold-over business cards at the 3.5 x 4 scored flat. UPrinting handles the arched-head die-cut version if you take the upgrade.
Cost ballpark
Roughly $80 to $150 per 500 and $110 to $220 per 1,000 for the scored fold-over with soft touch. Raised spot gloss adds about $40 to $70 per run.
Lab notes
- The QR tile on the inside right panel is a placeholder pattern only. Generate a live code pointing to doorfront.bysda.com before anything goes to press.
- The outside carries a single word: DOORFRONT, engraved on the brass plaque. The plaque, knob, hinges, and kick plate are printed art. No drilling, no attachments, no gimmick hardware.
- Type sizes hold legibility at press scale: nothing on the card prints below 7 pt.
- Why it works on a doorstep: the recipient just walked up to their own front door, then finds a second, smaller one waiting on it. Opening the card repeats the exact action DOORFRONT sells.
