Keyhole

A standard card with a real keyhole punched clean through it. The front asks you to look closer. The back is the company that walks your message to every door in the East Valley. Held up to a porch light, the cut glows.

Why this one gets kept

Print spec

Trim size
3.5 x 2.0 in standard business card, landscape both faces, 0.125 in rounded corners. Fits every wallet and card rack.
Die-cut
Keyhole punch, about 0.55 x 0.95 in, centered 0.9 in from the front's left trim edge. The cut mirrors to the right third of the back, which the layout keeps clear. One custom die, reusable on every reprint.
Stock
32 pt black-core uncoated (4over Trifecta Black) so the punched edge reads black all the way through. Alternate: 24 pt matte with soft-touch laminate. Brass artwork prints as metallic PMS 871; gold foil is the upgrade path.
Printer
4over's custom die-cut program or UPrinting die-cut business cards both accept a supplied die line at this size. GotPrint and MOO run stock shapes only, keep them for a no-punch fallback edition.
Cost ballpark
Roughly $210 to $330 per 500 and $290 to $460 per 1,000 in 32 pt with the custom punch, including a $60 to $95 one-time die charge. Foil adds about $120 per run.
QR note
The tile on the back face is an abstract placeholder, not a scannable code. Final art carries a real QR pointing at doorfront.bysda.com, sized 0.45 in with quiet zone.
