The card looks like a tile cut from the delivery report every DOORFRONT client receives: street grid, walked route, drop pins, GPS coordinates. It sells the proof by being the proof.
A business card cut from the delivery report. The street grid runs edge to edge, a single walked route crosses the front in DOORFRONT orange, slips over the right edge, and finishes on the back at the two thousandth door. Holding the card is holding the proof.

The orange route runs off the front's right edge and picks up on the back at the same height. Flipping is the whole trick: it doubles read time and lands the 2,000 doors line.
One typeface, one accent ink, a real phone number and web address in plain sight. It reads like a company, not a coupon, even from the doormat.
3.5 × 2.0 in standard US business card, printed full bleed both sides. Build art at 3.63 × 2.13 in and keep type inside a 3.36 × 1.86 in safe zone.
Straight-cut rectangle, optional 1/8 in rounded corners. No die-cut needed: the edge-to-edge map and the over-the-edge route do the physical work.
The route exits the front's right edge at 75 percent of card height and re-enters the back's left edge at the same height, so the line continues when the card is flipped. Ask the printer to hold front-to-back registration within 1/16 in.
16 pt uncoated. Uncoated reads like a printed field map, kills glare at the doorstep, and takes ballpoint notes, which invites people to write on the card and keep it.
GotPrint or UPrinting run 4/4 full-bleed 16 pt uncoated as a stock product, no custom tooling. MOO Original uncoated is the premium option at roughly triple the cost.
About $25 to $45 per 500 and $35 to $70 per 1,000 at GotPrint or UPrinting. MOO lands near $100 or more per 500.
