- Trim size
- 2 in × 6 in, standard bookmark trim, square-cut corners. Slim enough to slide under a door or clip to a hanger bag.
- Shape + die notes
- No die cut. One horizontal micro-perforation 1.5 in from the head, so the ticket stub actually tears off. The punched tear pattern along the top edge is printed art on a straight-cut card, not a real punch.
- Stock
- 100 lb uncoated cover (14 pt), natural white. Uncoated takes real pen and rubber-stamp ink, so promoters can hand-fill the route number on premium drops. The canary carbon tint on the back is printed, not a second sheet.
- Printer
- UPrinting, 2×6 bookmark format with the perforation add-on, is the clean single-vendor route. GotPrint 2×6 bookmarks are the budget option if you drop the perf.
- Cost ballpark
- With perforation: roughly $55 to $95 per 500, $80 to $140 per 1,000. Without perf: roughly $30 to $60 per 500.
- QR placeholder
- The QR tile on the back is placeholder art only. Before print, generate a live code pointing at a sample GPS + photo delivery report on doorfront.bysda.com.
